• High-Frequency Power System
Driven by a high-frequency motor, the system converts electrical energy directly into mechanical power without requiring a hydraulic unit, resulting in a more compact structure.
• Transmission & Cutting Assembly
Consists of the drive wheel, guiding wheels, and diamond bead wire. The motor rotates the drive wheel, which moves the diamond wire to cut materials through high-speed abrasion.
• Control System
Equipped with a wireless remote controller featuring intelligent cruise cutting, automatic speed and tension adjustment, and overload protection.
• Cooling System
Water is sprayed onto the wire to reduce cutting temperature, remove debris, and extend the lifespan of the diamond wire.
