Skystone Electroplated Diamond Wire Successfully Cuts 201 Stainless Steel Boiler Residue
Skystone recently completed a cutting application involving large stainless steel boiler residues, where 201 stainless steel was the primary material.
For this challenging industrial cutting task, Skystone used its electroplated diamond wire saw to cut through the irregular and heavy metal residue. The exposed diamond abrasives on the electroplated wire provide sharp and effective cutting performance, making it suitable for demanding metal-cutting applications.

Compared with conventional cutting methods, diamond wire sawing offers a narrow cutting kerf, flexible cutting direction, and excellent adaptability to large and irregular workpieces. These advantages make it a practical solution for industrial equipment dismantling, metal recycling, and difficult-to-access cutting applications.
This project demonstrates Skystone's ability to provide specialized diamond wire solutions for stainless steel cutting and industrial dismantling, helping customers handle complex cutting challenges with greater flexibility and efficiency.
